Food and Beverages
Welcome drinks (Prosecco), cold and hot cocktail nibbles, beer, wine, and soft drinks provided.
Smart or Business Casual
Khakis or slacks, a sport jacket/blazer, sweater, button down shirt or open-collar shirt are all just fine. A collared golf shirt and jacket/blazer is ok. Ladies have choices including an afternoon dress, pants outfit, slacks/skirt and a sweater or nice shirt. No jeans and a nice casual look which could be acceptable in a business or professional setting.
Admission for One – Non-Transferrable
It is not permissible to give your invitation to another representative. If you do not feel you are the proper representative to attend, please send us an alternate contact’s name, organization, and email address so we may re-issue the invitation. This reception is for athletes to get acquainted and learn more about the games in Birmingham in 2025. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, this is NOT an event family and friends can attend.
