The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods, services, and equipment for the organization. This role ensures that purchasing activities are cost-effective, meet quality standards, and are aligned with the company’s operational needs. The Purchasing Manager develops and maintains vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and manages the purchasing team to ensure that inventory levels and procurement strategies support the company's objectives. This position will work directly with the SVP and other members of the leadership team and will be responsible for maximizing resources as well as ensuring those resources are used as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The Sales Manager for the Birmingham World Police & Fire Games will be instrumental in driving corporate development and sponsorship efforts on behalf of the organization. This role will focus on identifying and securing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating opportunities to support the successful execution of the event. The Sales Manager will work closely with the SVP of Corporate Development to cultivate relationships, negotiate agreements, and maximize revenue streams.
The Logistics Manager of the 2025 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) will assist in the organization and facilitation of materials planning, asset tracking and delivery systems, shipping and freight forwarding, warehousing/storage, materials dispatch and delivery, venue logistics, recovery and liquidation programs for all competition and non-competition venues. The Logistics Manager will also assist in the management of services and processes that support the Games as a whole in regards to Games Delivery.
The Coordinator, Logistics of the 2025 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) will assist in the organization and facilitation of materials planning, asset tracking and delivery systems, shipping and freight forwarding, warehousing/storage, materials dispatch and delivery, venue logistics, recovery and liquidation programs for all competition and non-competition venues. The Coordinator, Logistics will also assist in the execution of services and processes that support the Games as a whole in regards to Games Delivery.
The Warehouse Lead of the 2025 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) will organize and facilitate movement/storage of materials, asset tracking and delivery systems, shipping and freight forwarding, warehousing/storage, materials dispatch and delivery, recovery and liquidation programs for all competition and non-competition venues. The Warehouse Lead will also assist in the execution of services and processes that support the Games as a whole in regards to Games Delivery.
The Coordinator, Logistics Hit Team of the 2025 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) will have the primary responsibility to assist in organizing and facilitating planning, development, coordination, integration, and operations support for the Materials Management Area of the 2025 WPFG. The position will provide communication and leadership to future athletes, visitors, vendors, contractors, first responders, volunteers and the World Police & Fire Games Federation (WPFGF). The Coordinator, Logistics Hit Team will also be a liaison between the Sports Management Teams, WPFGF, Sports Bodies and BHM2025 in addition to processes that support the Games as a whole in regards to Games Delivery.
The Warehouse Coordinator of the 2025 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) will assist in organizing and facilitating movement/storage of materials, asset tracking and delivery systems, shipping and freight forwarding, warehousing/storage, materials dispatch and delivery, recovery and liquidation programs for all competition and non-competition venues. The Warehouse Lead will also assist in the execution of services and processes that support the Games as a whole in regards to Games Delivery.
The Corporate Development Coordinator for the Birmingham 2025 World Police & Fire Games will support the Corporate Development Director and Marketing team. This role is focused on sales and sponsorship for the World Police & Fire Games 2025.
The Trade Show/Expo Coordinator for the Birmingham 2025 World Police & Fire Games will support the Sales Manager, Corporate Development team and Marketing team. This role is focused on sales and customer service for the expo at the Athletes Village for the World Police & Fire Games 2025. The position is the primary point of contact for the expo.
The Signage & Creative Coordinator for the Birmingham 2025 World Police & Fire Games will support the Creative Manager and entire Marketing team. This role is focused on branding and creative signage and the venue look/design for the World Police & Fire Games 2025 as well as marketing and additional materials. The position includes working within the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
