**NOTE:

Each day will begin with a shotgun start.

  • Oxmoor Valley will begin at 0830.
  • Highland Park will begin at 0800.
  • Bent Brook will begin at 0900.

There will be a briefing for golfers at each course each day starting approximately 15 minutes prior to the shotgun start time.

The course order is as follows:

  • If you begin play on Monday (June 30) at Oxmoor Valley, you will play at Highland Park on Tuesday (July 1) and Bent Brook on Wednesday (July 2). 
  • If you begin play on Monday (June 30) at Highland Park, you will play at Bent Brook on Tuesday (July 1) and Oxmoor Valley on Wednesday (July 2). 
  • If you begin play on Monday (June 30) at Bent Brook, you will play at Oxmoor Valley on Tuesday (July 1) and Highland Park on Wednesday (July 2).

Highland Park

  • Men's = II 66.0/119 - 5,286 yds
  • Women's = III 70.0 / 113 - 4,793 yds
  • Senior's = III 64.1/114 - 4,793 yds

Bent Brook

  • Men's = III 67.3/114 - 5,805 yds
  • Women's = V 62.8/108 - 4,057 yds
  • Senior's = IV 63.6/106 - 4,979 yds

Oxmoor Valley 

  • Men's = White 69.3/130 - 6,148 yds
  • Women's = Teal 67.1/115 - 4,974 yds

Every golfer MUST HAVE a verifiable, established Handicap by June 1, 2025.

This is an AMATEUR ONLY TOURNAMENT. Golfers MUST have a USGA Index Number or the equivalent from their country and must provide their membership (GHIN} number or a copy of their Handicap card which verifies that Index Number. Golfers entering in the Handicap events MUST show proof of ID.

Returning golfers from either or both of the past WPFG/USPFC will use their tournament handicap. This Index will be established by the scores shot in one or bath of the past WPFG/USPFC. If their current index is lower; it will be used.

Entrants’ actual “LI” (Low Index) will be used unless adjusted by the “Handicap Review Committee”. If entrant has two numbers from two different countries, the lowest must be used.

1. Can I register for more than one sport?
Where possible, you are welcome to compete in as many sports as you like. However, please keep in mind some sports may overlap in schedule. We DO NOT recommend registering for sports with overlapping schedules. Register for your primary sports and disciplines, then once the final schedule is released in May, you can register for additional sports as the schedule allows. 

2.  Can I combine with other agencies to form a team?
Competitors from police and fire agencies may combine to form Doubles and/or Teams, regardless of agency size or service WITHIN A COUNTRY. Retired competitors may combine to form Doubles or Teams in any manner they wish with other eligible competitors whether Police or Fire. This includes across country lines or whether any other member of the Doubles or Team is actively employed or retired.

This sport is not sanctioned with a national or international entity. It is only governed by the WPFGF.

 

NO AGENCY ID, NO CREDENTIAL. It is your responsibility to show your agency ID or contact us if you do not have an ID. CREDENTIALS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO ATHLETES WHO DO NOT PRESENT AN AGENCY ID. PARTICIPATION IN THE GAMES WITHOUT ACCREDITATION IS PROHIBITED
