Active competitors from police and fire agencies may combine to form a team regardless of agency size WITHIN A COUNTRY. Retired competitors may combine to form a team in any manner they wish with other eligible competitors whether police or fire. This includes across country lines.

A competitor may enter only one event in the Team Triathlon.

Competition Format

Swim: Will be an approximate 1.5 km open water swim.

Bike Course: Will be an approximate 40 km measured 38.5 km course.

Run: Will be a 10 km measured course.

SCORING: Total time of all three phases, "with transitions included."  Splits should be recorded.

1. Can I register for more than one sport?
Where possible, you are welcome to compete in as many sports as you like. However, please keep in mind some sports may overlap in schedule. We DO NOT recommend registering for sports with overlapping schedules. Register for your primary sports and disciplines, then once the final schedule is released in May, you can register for additional sports as the schedule allows. 

 

This sport is not sanctioned with a national or international entity. It is only governed by the WPFGF.

 

The confirmation letter for triathlon will be emailed to you and posted here by June 1, 2025.
