- For spectators, there is a CLEAR BAG policy at the Arena that must be followed.
- For athletes, only the Athletes Bag provided at Registration or a sports bag for their competition is allowed.
- All attendees will go through security screening.

- Women: 18-29, 30-39 & 40+

- Beginner – BJJ White belts or up to 2 years’ experience.
- Intermediate – BJJ Blue and Purple Belts or 2 to 5 years’ experience.
- Advanced – BJJ Brown and Black Belts or over 5 years’ experience.

Competition Format
Male & Female match times are five (5) minutes for all divisions.
See map below for directions to Boutwell Auditorium from Athletes' Village in Downtown Birmingham.
1. Can I register for more than one sport?
Where possible, you are welcome to compete in as many sports as you like. However, please keep in mind some sports may overlap in schedule. We DO NOT recommend registering for sports with overlapping schedules. Register for your primary sports and disciplines, then once the final schedule is released in May, you can register for additional sports as the schedule allows.
2. Does this include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Yes
3. How many matches do you compete in throughout the day?
This will depend on how many games you win and how many people are in your age group and division.
This sport is not sanctioned with a national or international entity. It is only governed by the WPFGF.
